Designed with divers in mind, both of our room types here at Scuba Junkie Sangalaki Water Bungalow Resort are equipped so you can be comfortable at the end of your diving day. All guests staying in our water bungalows will be served a simple yet delicious breakfast. You can help yourself to refill drinking water, tea & coffee at our chill out area 24/7. Hand soap is provided in the rooms, but you will need to bring other toiletries with you.
Our comfortable and spacious en-suite water bungalows are suitable for single travellers, friends or couples looking for private accommodation.
Equipped with very comfortable spring mattresses, the rooms can be arranged as one king sized bed for singles or couples, or two single beds for twin share rooms. Your room features custom made furniture, plenty of plug points for charging your camera or torch with 24 hour electricity and cooling air-conditioning which is perfect for Derawan’s year-round warm climate. The en-suite bathroom has hot water showers and space for your toiletries along with fresh towels.
Each bungalow has a private 2.5m x 4m balcony with sun loungers to enjoy some stunning sunset views, and when the tide is high enough you have a good chance of spotting some huge green turtles!
Our four-bed mixed-gender dormitory allow travellers on a budget, comfort and convenience with features that you won't find in other hostels in the area.
The dorms have two custom-made bunk beds with super comfortable spring mattresses and fluffy towels. With air-conditioning to keep you cool and ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is ensuite and has ample space for your toiletries.
The water dorm features a spacious private balcony with sun loungers to enjoy the breath-taking sunset views, and when the tide is high enough, you might even see some large green turtles!
